- start up of the production in 3 phases (taking part in State Committee)
1-st phase 2003 year – 20 000 tons/year
2-nd phase 2005 year – 52 000 tons/year
3-rd phase 2007 year – 7 2000 tons/year
- leading of Gas projects (permissions, limits, preparation contracts for construction, communication with Rostehnadzor, Mostransgas, Mosregiongas), as result new gas reducing station 5 000 m3/hour 55 bar to 6 bar (avoid Mosobgas, transportation of gas directly thorough Mostransgas, to be more independent with reducing of gas pressure) on the territory Gasprom, new gas pipe line 4.5 km (high pressure), 2 reducing stations on the plant site 6 bar to 1.2 bar, gas boiler station 4 MWt, gas pipe lines on the plant site, gas equipment for the process
- looking for the new Insulation plants Brownfield (preparation reports) with the Technical Director of the Insulation
2. Investigation for the construction of the new gypsum board line with Polish project team
3. Preparation all necessary documents for the reconstruction of the plastic plant:
- land issues (preparation of documents for rent additional lands – Local Authorities);
- receiving all necessary technical requirements/limits (energy, water etc)
- preparation contracts (tender) & technical specifications for the projects of reconstruction plant (from 6 000 tons till 18 000 tons of plastics)
- preparation contracts (tender) for the expertise of project
- receiving permission for the reconstruction
4. hiring & training of employees (white & blue colors), including practical training abroad (Finland, Germany, Poland)
6. Know very well processes & equipment for the:
- cement production
- glass wool production
- plastic production
- mortars
